Central heating is solid fuel, available in Shed, Electricity and Bottled gas is also Included in weekly rental.

We normally have everything ready for you by 2 pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier or later please call us and we will see what we can arrange. Departure time is normally 10.00 am. We have a digital lock access for late arrivals - Telephone for code. This code will changed regularly and only available to named individual making the booking .

Booking Conditions
A deposit of approximately 30% of the total is payable on booking, with the balance due six weeks before the start of your holiday. If you are booking with your holiday less than six weeks away, we ask you to pay the full amount.
If you are booking from within the UK we normally suggest you send us a cheque, made payable to PACCS Ltd, alternatively we can debit your credit card or debit card using the banking 'Streamline service'. Telephone us for this option and we will take the card details. Then send the completed booking form and we will confirm your booking

Alternatively if you wish to use online banking you could arrange an online transfer to our bank directly, We will send you the IBAN bank account details for the transfer if you contact us by email or telephone.
Finally If you are sending payment from outside of the UK.
· You can ask your bank to arrange a "Draft" in Pounds Sterling payable to PACCS Ltd and send it to me at the above address.
· We can debit your credit card, debit card or Amex charge card with GB Pounds Sterling but we cannot know the exchange rate that your bank will charge your account in Euros, US Dollars or your local currency

We do not require you to pay holiday cancellation insurance. However, if the worst happens and you have to cancel your holiday you run the risk of losing the rental paid, although we will do our best to re-let the property.
